OT HomeFX  is the first Occupational Therapy digital home assessment tool designed exclusively for use by Occupational Therapists in Canada. This innovative teaching and clinical tool allows Occupational Therapists to choose relevant assessment components, enter their assessment findings, upload supportive documentation and photos and produce auto-generated reports.

The OT HomeFX tool meets all Canadian legislation privacy requirements and connects the OT with local solution providers and professional renovators in their location. The offline capability of this tool ensures it can be used with clients in remote areas or who live in areas with limited internet connectivity. 

OT HomeFX is currently operating in beta mode and is under development. Incluzia has partnered with the Department of Occupational Therapy at the University of Manitoba to undergo a research study which will inform the next stages of development.
