OT HomeFX was created in Canada by Occupational Therapists for Occupational Therapists who conduct functional assessments and home assessments in a variety of community and healthcare settings. 

Developed by Marnie Courage and her team at Incluzia,  HomeFX is built on existing evidence-based researched assessment components and recommendations. We have now reached a Beta version which we will be testing for feasibility and utility in the Spring of 2024.

This flexible web-based application is proven to increase efficiencies in assessment by having all occupational component areas that could be applicable in a functional or home assessment right at your fingertips to apply or hide as needed. Its has never been easier to identify occupational performance issues and provide appropriate and timely recommendations in any area that may be applicable to your client, their activities of daily living, and their environment. 

OT HomeFX is not a predictive tool, in fact the clinical reasoning is left to the Occupational Therapist, to ensure the assessor is co-creating goals, treatment plans, and providing recommendations with thier client and their care team.
